The service

Getprintoza converts HTML you send into PDF files through a web dashboard and an API. Each plan includes a number of PDFs per month. Unused PDFs do not roll over to the next month.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password and API key private and for everything done with them. If you think your key has leaked, generate a new one in the dashboard.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for anything illegal, to attack or probe our systems or other people's systems, to try to reach private networks or files through the HTML you submit, or to overload the service. We may limit or suspend accounts that do.

Payments and cancellation

Paid plans are subscriptions that renew every month until cancelled. Payments are handled by our payment partner Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. You can change plan or cancel at any time from the dashboard; a cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

What we collect

Your email address, a securely hashed version of your password, your daily PDF counts, and your subscription status. We never see your card number; payment details are handled by Lemon Squeezy.

Your documents

The HTML you submit is processed in memory and the PDF is returned to you. We do not save either one. Each request runs in its own temporary browser session, which is closed as soon as your PDF is ready. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as the time and status of a request); these do not include the contents of your documents.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Who processes data for us

Our hosting provider (Render), our database provider (Neon) and our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy).

Refund Policy

100% refund guarantee

We offer a 100% refund guarantee within the first 14 days of your purchase, as long as no more than 5% of your API quota has been used.

What is not refunded

Refunds are not given for usage beyond the quota limit, or for automatic renewals that happen after your first purchase. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel from the dashboard before the renewal date.

How to request a refund

Email support@getprintoza.com with the email address of your account. If your request meets the conditions above, we refund it through Lemon Squeezy.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the dashboard to stop future renewals. A cancelled plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
